What this site collects
This site does not run any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling tools. It does not set cookies. It does not fingerprint your browser.
The only data the site processes is:
- Server logs from Vercel, the static host. These contain standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) and are retained per Vercel's standard policy. I do not access these logs except for security incident response.
- Vercel Web Analytics, which records aggregate page views without using cookies, fingerprinting, or any cross-site tracking. No personal data leaves Vercel's infrastructure. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy for details.
This site does not load fonts, scripts, or any other resources from third-party domains. Fonts are self-hosted from this site directly.
If you contact me
If you reach me through the contact form or email, I retain your message and contact information for the purpose of responding and, if our conversation continues, of providing services to you or your organization. I do not add you to any marketing list. I do not sell or share your information with third parties.
If you ask me to delete your information, I will do so within a reasonable period, usually inside two weeks, except for records I'm legally required to retain (for example, billing records for engaged clients).
If you subscribe to writing updates
The notification list is currently a simple manual email list. Your address is stored only for that purpose. Unsubscribe by replying with the word "unsubscribe" or sending a separate email saying so. I will remove you immediately.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies; it computes aggregate metrics on Vercel's servers without identifying individual visitors. No tracking cookies are loaded from this site.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop processing it. Email ohu@pinohu.com with the request and I'll handle it personally.
If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you have those rights regardless of what this notice says. I aim to honor them in good faith.
Updates to this notice
If this notice changes materially, I'll update the date at the top and note the substance of the change. Minor edits — typo fixes, link corrections — happen without announcement.
